its status can be checked by LOGGING in and checking the ONLINE ORDER STATUS FEATURE:
PENDING orders are awaiting review - if the status does not change to processing
within 24 hours, the product is probably not in stock, and expected within 3-7 days.
We will attempt to send an e-mail if the delay is longer than a week!
PROCESSING means the product is in stock and will usually ship within 24-48 hours. *
COMPLETED means the order has been charged and shipped!
* for check customers processing means your order mailed that day and we mark it completed when payment is received.
ORDER SHIPMENT/ARRIVAL DETAILS
Most orders are AIR-mailed from the US via USPS FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL
to all US and worldwide locations. Delivery times can vary greatly.
Please allow 10 days domestic/21 days foreign before inquiring about arrival delay.
ALL FOREIGN (non-US) orders are mailed in plain discreet envelope via US mail.
ALL ORDERS to GERMANY are sent from the US to our re-mailer in ENGLAND first.
